There will be a meeting on June 17^th, 2015 @ 6:00pm VFW Hall

1.     Update report on VFW 2850’s Vietnam War Commemorative Partner Program.

2.     Discuss presentation ceremony  time and protocol in conjunction with Post Picnic on July 18^th, 2015

3.     Discuss progress & completion date of VFW 2850 Vietnam Veterans Commemorative Display by July15th, 2015

4.     Discuss display content.

5.     Discuss after action report and community media
